Nice to see you getting your head away from your monitor Dave and doing some real work for a change. 
From what I’ve read it sounds like the renovation is going well but it does beg the question:
“What are you doing buying a 4 storey house with dodgy knees, you could have gone horizontal instead if you needed the space”. I believe the Millenium Dome is still up for sale!
