Hi Ray,

It’s great to get stuck in on something real, especially when it benefits your family. Right now we are still ripping stuff out (took out two ceilings yesterday), so really looking forward to putting new things in.

My knees are not enjoying the stairs too much, fortunately I’m dragging my 14 year old son with me and he’s doing most of the fetching and carrying up and down stairs. So I get on a floor and try to stay there as long as possible avoiding the stairs :-)

We considered the Millenium Dome, but couldn’t get a mortgage on a good rate, they said it wasn’t a good risk :-)
